About the role#
The Beverage Innovation team is looking for a Brand Management Intern to join us for the summer of 2027. You will work on projects that have immediate business impact, gaining experience across the full innovation cycle. You will report to a Brand Manager and have the opportunity to own specific workstreams while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do#
- Develop strategies to commercialize new brands.
- Build business cases using financial and qualitative analysis.
- Support sales and marketing strategies.
- Work on new-to-the-world products and packaging.
- Build collaborative relationships across the organization.
- Manage your own workstreams autonomously.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA or Master’s degree program, having completed the first year.
- Preferred 2 or more years of experience in CPG or supporting industries like brand, agency, insights, sales, or finance.
- A strong P&L mindset and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and find your own answers.
- Confidence when presenting recommendations to Senior Leadership.
- An interest in emerging food and beverage trends, including functional health.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, open-minded approach with a focus on consumer empathy.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based at our headquarters in Lakeville, Massachusetts.
- The role is primarily on-site, though it can be facilitated virtually if necessary.
- The term lasts 10 to 12 weeks, starting June 8, 2027.
- The work schedule includes summer Fridays with hours ending at 12:30pm.
- Flexibility for project travel, experimental test runs, and customer discovery may be required.
