About the role#
The Sustainability Intern supports Ocean Spray's sustainability efforts. You will work with the Sustainability Team and various stakeholders to advance sustainability initiatives and reporting. This role involves collecting, consolidating, and analyzing data for reporting, customer requests, and projects. You will gain exposure to sustainability initiatives through meetings, shadowing, and project work.
What you'll do#
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data to support sustainability reporting and customer requests.
- Collaborate with the Sustainability Team and other internal stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings, shadowing opportunities, and specific sustainability projects.
- Document findings to support cross-functional projects.
What you'll need#
- Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, specifically with Excel, and the ability to work with large, complex datasets.
- A foundational understanding of sustainability concepts.
- High attention to detail for data validation and reporting accuracy.
- Research and critical thinking skills to review data, audits, and sustainability research.
- Clear communication and organization skills.

- This is an on-site position based at our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Massachusetts.
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
