About the role#
The Technology Summer Analyst Program in Global Execution Services Technology is a 10-week internship. You will work on high-performance trading platforms that power electronic execution capabilities. You will join the team as a full member, working alongside professionals to build systems that handle millions of daily transactions. This role offers exposure to both the technical side of electronic trading and the business knowledge required to deliver technology solutions.
What you'll do#
- Develop and integrate applications used directly by business stakeholders.
- Own critical components of applications and participate in hands-on development.
- Collaborate with QA teams to perform unit and integration testing of your work.
- Work with Business Analysts to understand project scope and requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Master’s degree program in Computer Science or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Outstanding academic qualifications and a strong GPA.
- Familiarity with Java, Python, and Web technology.
- A solid foundation in logical and analytical data structures.
- Practical experience with programming and problem solving.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- An ability to understand financial products.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- Compensation: Paid position with an annualized base salary between $95,000 and $105,000, depending on degree program enrollment. This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime.
