About the role#
The Sustainability Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship within the Investment Management division. You will work directly with the Sustainability team to support ESG integration, sustainable investment analysis, and regulatory compliance. This role provides hands-on experience similar to a first-year analyst, allowing you to contribute to team goals while working alongside senior mentors and peers.
What you'll do#
- Learn about ESG frameworks and sustainable finance regulations, including SFDR.
- Maintain and improve ESG data systems, proprietary databases, and UN SDG alignment frameworks.
- Research emerging sustainability topics such as biodiversity, climate risk, and social impact metrics.
- Gain exposure to sustainable investment products and industry classification systems.
- Interact with ESG data providers like MSCI and Sustainalytics.
- Assist with sector-specific ESG considerations and materiality assessments.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or a STEM field.
- Graduation date between June and December 2029.
- A GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Current authorization to work for any employer in the United States. Please note that sponsorship is not provided for this role.
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability and ESG investing.
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks, specifically UN SDGs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

- Compensation: $110,000 per year (non-exempt).
