About the role#
This is a 12-week summer internship program for students entering their junior or senior year in fall 2027. You will join the Enterprise Change Management organization to support people analytics initiatives. This role is a chance to launch your career within the utilities industry while completing meaningful tasks alongside managers and team members.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with Change Management teams on important projects.
- Complete meaningful tasks and work directly with managers.
- Participate in professional development exercises and team-building activities.
- Build professional relationships with other interns and personnel across the company.
- Gain a broad overview of operations and current events in the utilities industry.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university with a major in Data Science, Statistics, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Completion of intermediate-level coursework.
- Advanced experience with Excel and experience with Power BI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Location & details#
- Location: Columbus, Ohio.
- Term: Summer 2027, starting in May 2027.
- Modality: On-site. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the reporting location.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
- Note: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
