AI&I/Data Science Intern (PhD in progress)

About the role#

This internship serves as an opportunity to function as an artificial intelligence and informatics researcher. You will work across both research and clinical administrative contexts to apply data science and machine learning expertise to various studies.

What you'll do#

• Design, implement, analyze, interpret, and report on research and clinical studies.
• Collaborate with other researchers to provide data-driven insights.
• Contribute to the development of machine learning applications.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a PhD program in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent Python programming skills.
• Strong expertise in conducting literature reviews.
• Demonstrated experience in experimentation and validation.
• A foundational understanding of AI models and their validation in pathology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Research experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science is preferred.
