About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will join our team to gain hands-on experience in enterprise AI and workflow automation within a health technology environment. This is an on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Design, build, test, and optimize AI agents and conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Connect AI solutions to enterprise data sources such as SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Teams, Power BI, and Azure-based repositories.
- Support Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that leverage internal business content.
- Develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Create dashboards and reporting to measure solution adoption, user feedback, and business impact.
- Document solution architecture, workflows, and deployment processes.
- Support governance, compliance, and operational readiness activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, C#, or SQL.
- Basic understanding of data structures and data management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Azure cloud technologies.
- Academic or practical experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agent development, APIs, or system integrations.
- Familiarity with Git, source control, and agile development practices.
- Experience developing personal, academic, or open-source AI projects.
