About the role#
We are looking for a motivated and technically curious co-op to join our Digital & Commercial Innovation organization. You will work on applied innovation initiatives, helping to design, develop, and scale solutions that address real-world commercial and operational challenges. You will collaborate with data scientists, AI architects, and business stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights and efficient digital workflows.
What you'll do#
- Design and develop predictive analytics, generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Analyze commercial, sales, marketing, e-commerce, and operational datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and evaluate machine learning models, large language model applications, and agentic workflows.
- Build knowledge retrieval, prompt, and evaluation frameworks to improve response quality.
- Identify and automate manual processes involving reporting, data management, and business activities.
- Develop digital tools using Python, SQL, low-code technologies, and cloud platforms.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to translate analytical outputs into business recommendations.
- Evaluate model performance, data quality, and solution reliability.
- Assist with solution testing, deployment, documentation, and maintenance.
- Participate in AI governance, responsible AI practices, and business value measurement.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Master's or PhD degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Proficiency in Python programming and SQL.
- Experience with machine learning fundamentals, statistical analysis, and model evaluation.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and software development fundamentals.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working across both business and technical teams.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
