About the role#
This internship is part of the MAHLE North American Electrical Engineering group. You will work on the interface between the company, its customers, and electrical component suppliers. The role focuses on the warranty return process for brushed and brushless blower motors.
What you'll do#
- Manage the existing warranty return process and define improvements for it.
- Develop and run new electrical test procedures.
- Test performance of engineering samples.
- Build wire harnesses and controllers.
- Help debug issues related to in-house fabrication.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related technology fields.
- Current status as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.
- Experience using lab equipment like scopes and meters.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Skills in wire harness fabrication and electronics hardware building, such as soldering.
- Previous internships, engineering clubs, or relevant hobbies are a plus.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site role with a rolling term.
