About the role#
The Business Operations Intern works directly with the CEO and senior leadership on high-priority projects across Operations and Growth. This role focuses on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and the use of AI-driven initiatives to streamline company-wide processes.
What you'll do#
- Work directly in HubSpot to standardize naming conventions, clean backend data, and ensure CRM records are audit-ready.
- Standardize how quarterly proposals are logged to ensure consistent and reliable reporting.
- Support recurring reporting and dashboard management across operations and leadership.
- Conduct audits of internal project wrap reports.
- Compile and maintain follow-up checklists to support client outreach after campaigns close.
- Participate in executive meetings, document key actions, and track deliverables.
- Use AI tools to support operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in business operations, sales operations, or strategic planning.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, with specific experience in HubSpot considered a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, NY (On-site).
- Term: Fall 2026 (September 14, 2026 to December 18, 2026).
- Commitment: 3 days per week.
- Requirements: Must be eligible to receive college credit and available to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Status: Paid internship.
