About the role#
As an Account Management Intern, you will work with the client services team to support the Financial and Technology pods at Magnet Media. This role offers hands-on experience in video production, client management, and project management for a range of clients from small businesses to large corporations.
What you'll do#
- Support the Client Service team by preparing meeting agendas, minutes, briefs, and status updates.
- Maintain organized client records, including approvals, creative rounds, and timelines using Basecamp and Google Suite.
- Assist with the preparation of reporting documentation.
- Provide support during production shoots.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior at an accredited college or university.
- Academic coursework related to creative media.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Basecamp.
- Majors in Media Studies, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or Graphic Design.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York (On-site).
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 11, 2027, to May 14, 2027).
- Commitment: Must be available to work 3 days per week in Eastern Standard Time.
- Requirements: Must be eligible to receive college credit.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
