About the role#
Magnet Media is seeking a Production Intern for the Fall 2027 term. This role offers hands-on experience in video production, including crew outreach, scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation. You will work closely with the production team on a variety of projects ranging from small businesses to large-scale corporate clients.
What you'll do#
- Conduct background research for upcoming projects.
- Assist with video edits using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
- Support the production team with location scouting.
- Provide general logistical support for ongoing productions.
What you'll need#
- A strong passion for storytelling.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A positive outlook and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Academic background in Communications, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or Marketing.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, NY (On-site).
- Term: January 11, 2027 – May 14, 2027.
- Commitment: 3 days per week; must be available during Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Requirements: This is a paid internship; candidates must be eligible to receive college credit.
