Talent Operations, Data & AI Intern

About the role#

The Talent Operations, Data & AI Intern will support recruiting operations, talent systems organization, and workflow coordination. This role focuses on bringing structure to talent acquisition processes, improving consistency, and exploring how AI-enabled tools can enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with the Head of Talent to manage day-to-day administrative tasks while contributing to projects that optimize how information and systems function across the network.

What you'll do#

• Support scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting records.
• Assist in cleaning up, organizing, and standardizing recruiting information and processes.
• Explore AI tools to support scheduling, documentation, and workflow management.
• Assist with operational reporting, recruiting trackers, and workflow analysis.
• Help improve the flow of information between documentation and recruiting systems.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and operational tools.
• Strong communication and follow-through skills.
• A genuine interest in organization, workflows, systems, AI, and process improvement.
• Curiosity regarding how technology can improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to balance administrative tasks with operational thinking.
• Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or Communications.

• Location: New York, NY or Durham, NC.
• Modality: Hybrid (in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
• Type: Full-time, paid internship.
