About the role#
This internship focuses on talent operations, data management, and the application of AI to improve recruitment workflows. You will work closely with the Head of Talent to maintain organizational structure, improve consistency, and support day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple agencies. This role is ideal for someone interested in systems, workflow optimization, and using technology to drive operational efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Support scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate communications.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting records.
- Assist in cleaning up, organizing, and standardizing recruiting information and processes.
- Explore AI tools that support organization, documentation, and workflow management.
- Assist with operational reporting, recruiting trackers, and workflow analysis.
- Support projects aimed at reducing manual work and improving operational consistency.
What you'll need#
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and operational tools.
- Interest in organization, workflows, systems, AI, and process improvement.
- Curiosity about how technology can improve operational efficiency.
- Strong communication and follow-through skills.
- Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or Communications.

- Modality: Hybrid (in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

- Compensation: $18 per hour.
