About the role#
The Talent Operations, Data & AI Intern will support recruiting operations, talent systems organization, and workflow coordination. This role focuses on bringing structure to talent acquisition processes, improving consistency, and exploring how AI-enabled tools can enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with the Head of Talent to manage day-to-day administrative tasks while contributing to projects that optimize how information and systems function across the network.
What you'll do#
- Support scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate communications.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting records.
- Assist in cleaning up, organizing, and standardizing recruiting information and processes.
- Explore AI tools to support scheduling, documentation, and workflow management.
- Assist with operational reporting, recruiting trackers, and workflow analysis.
- Help improve the flow of information between documentation and recruiting systems.
What you'll need#
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and operational tools.
- Strong communication and follow-through skills.
- A genuine interest in organization, workflows, systems, AI, and process improvement.
- Curiosity regarding how technology can improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to balance administrative tasks with operational thinking.
- Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or Communications.
