About the role#
This paid, 11-week summer internship integrates you into a brand marketing team where you will own day-to-day digital or e-commerce responsibilities. You will lead an individual strategic project from initial insight to final recommendation, culminating in a presentation to senior leadership. Throughout the program, you will work alongside brand managers to build business acumen and gain hands-on experience in areas such as e-commerce strategy, performance marketing, social media management, influencer partnerships, and marketing analytics.
What you'll do#
- Own day-to-day digital or e-commerce tasks for one of our brands.
- Lead a strategic project and present findings to senior leaders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I, and Sales.
- Build business acumen through direct work with brand managers.
- Develop core skills in strategy, analytics, and professional communication.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university.
- A minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Ability to start full-time employment in September 2028 upon graduation.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis. Note that sponsorship is not provided for this role.
- Willingness to relocate to our internship hub in El Segundo, CA.
