About the role#
The L'Oréal USA Summer Internship is a paid, 11-week program designed to integrate you into the daily operations of our commercial teams. You will take on an individual strategic project, gain exposure to senior management, and explore a career path within our organization. This internship serves as a pipeline for our full-time Management Trainee program.
What you'll do#
- Own an individual project with strategic business impact and present your findings to senior leadership.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to generate insights and viable recommendations.
- Create compelling consumer stories that connect business growth with innovation.
- Collaborate across marketing and operations functions to help influence and develop a cohesive brand strategy.
- Work directly with major retail partners including Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, and Target.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- A minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis. Please note that no sponsorship is available for this role.
- Ability to start full-time employment in September 2028 upon graduation.
