About the role#
The L'Oréal USA Summer Internship is a paid, 11-week program designed to integrate you into daily team operations while you lead an individual or group project. You will work alongside mentors and buddies to gain experience in corporate finance. At the end of the summer, you will present your project to senior leadership, which may lead to a full-time return offer into the Management Trainee program.
What you'll do#
- Handle daily finance tasks such as category analysis, process improvements, and systems enhancements.
- Generate and analyze financial data to recommend business strategies.
- Monitor actual business results against budgets, trends, and forecasts.
- Evaluate the ROI of strategic business decisions to manage brand Profit & Loss statements.
- Provide financial support across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing functions.
- Own a strategic project and present your findings to senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university, pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Ability to start full-time employment in September 2028 upon graduation.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Willingness to relocate to any USA-based office with an internship opening.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.

- Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
