About the role#
This is a paid, on-site internship based in Hudson, Wisconsin. You will work with the Retail Management Department to gain hands-on experience in convenience store operations. This role is open to students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources, or Operations Management. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your classes, with a minimum requirement of 20 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Support the retail team with daily store operations.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and inventory control.
- Perform accounting and auditing tasks.
- Manage ordering processes.
- Assist with Human Resource responsibilities.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a 2 or 4-year degree.
- You have a high aptitude for learning new tasks.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office products.
- You possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- You can maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- You are organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.

- Schedule: Variable hours, including weekends. Minimum 20 hours per week during semesters, with the potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks.
