About the role#
This is a paid, hands-on internship based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. You will work directly with our retail management team to gain experience in store operations and leadership. The role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week during school semesters, with the potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks. We offer flexibility to accommodate your class schedule.
What you'll do#
- Support the retail team in a guest-centric environment.
- Assist with marketing tasks and inventory control.
- Handle accounting, auditing, and ordering processes.
- Manage various Human Resource responsibilities.
- Learn from exposure to different leadership styles.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a 2 or 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a self-motivated approach to tasks.
