About the role#
This is a 12-week, paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience in retail operations and leadership. You will work within our store management team to build business skills while supporting daily store goals.
What you'll do#
- Play an active role in daily store operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service to our guests.
- Contribute to team meetings and participate in store audits.
- Support operational and administrative functions.
- Lead store shifts and make business-focused decisions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- High aptitude for learning and performing a variety of tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Spirit Lake, Iowa.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: This is a full-time role with variable hours. You must be available for at least 20 hours per week during school semesters, with the potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks. We offer flexibility to accommodate your class schedule.
