About the role#
Brown & Brown Risk Solutions is seeking rising juniors and seniors for the 2027 Summer Internship Program. You will join one of our specialized practice teams to gain hands-on experience in how large organizations manage risk. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Support practice teams on active client work, including research, analysis, and materials preparation.
- Learn foundational risk and insurance concepts through structured onboarding and mentorship.
- Collaborate with fellow interns on a capstone project that ends in a competitive new business pitch.
- Participate in professional development sessions focused on the industry and career growth.
What you'll need#
- Rising junior or senior standing as of Summer 2027.
- Major in Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or General Business.
- GPA of 3.5 or greater is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and a genuine curiosity about business and risk.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
