About the role#
This is a paid, 12-week internship focused on building leadership and business experience within our retail operations. You will work on-site in La Crosse, Wisconsin, with a schedule that offers flexibility to accommodate your school commitments. We require a minimum of 20 hours per week during the semester, with the potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks.
What you'll do#
- Participate in daily store operations and deliver service to our guests.
- Help maintain a high-performing store environment by working closely with the team.
- Prioritize daily tasks to support store goals.
- Contribute to team meetings and assist with store audits.
- Support various operational and administrative functions.
- Lead store shifts and make business-focused decisions as you gain experience.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- You have a strong aptitude for learning and performing a variety of tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- You are self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proven ability to work well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
