About the role#
This is a paid, 12-week internship focused on building business and leadership experience within a retail environment. You will work on-site in Mankato, Minnesota, on a rolling basis. The schedule requires a minimum of 20 hours per week during school semesters, with the potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks. We offer flexibility to accommodate your academic schedule.
What you'll do#
- Participate in daily store operations and help maintain a high-performing environment.
- Deliver customer service and collaborate with team members to support store goals.
- Prioritize tasks and contribute to team meetings.
- Participate in store audits and assist with operational and administrative functions.
- Lead store shifts and make business-focused decisions that impact store success.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A self-motivated approach and a proven ability to work well within a team.
