About the role#
This is a paid, 12-week internship for Summer 2026. You will join our retail management team to gain hands-on experience in business operations and leadership. This role requires on-site work in West Salem.
What you'll do#
- Participate in daily store operations and support store goals.
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests.
- Help maintain a high-performing store environment.
- Contribute to team meetings and assist with store audits.
- Lead store shifts as you grow in the role.
- Make business-focused decisions that directly impact the success of the store.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You are self-motivated and can work independently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Location & details#
- Location: West Salem, Wisconsin.
- Schedule: This is a full-time position. Hours may vary based on workload, with a minimum of 20 hours per week during school semesters and up to 40 hours during school breaks.
