About the role#
This paid internship offers hands-on experience within our Retail Management Department. You will work directly with the retail team in a guest-centric environment. Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to various leadership styles and operational tasks.
What you'll do#
- Support the retail team with daily operations.
- Participate in marketing, inventory control, accounting, and auditing activities.
- Assist with product ordering.
- Handle specific Human Resource responsibilities.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a 2 or 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources, Logistics, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- A high aptitude for learning new tasks and maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well in a team.
Location & details#
- Location: Waverly, Iowa.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: This is a part-time role. You must be available for at least 20 hours per week during school semesters, with the potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks. We offer flexibility to accommodate your class schedule.
