About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship focused on building business and leadership experience in a retail setting. You will work directly with the store team to manage operations and support store goals. As you gain experience, you will take on more responsibility, including leading shifts and making decisions that affect store performance.
What you'll do#
- Play an active role in daily store operations.
- Deliver customer service.
- Help maintain a high-performing environment.
- Contribute to team meetings.
- Participate in store audits.
- Support operational and administrative functions.
What you'll need#
- Currently working toward a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to learn and perform a variety of tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Location: Mankato, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Variable hours, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required during school semesters and up to 40 hours during breaks.
