About the role#
As a Retail Management Intern at Kwik Trip, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting our retail team. This role provides exposure to various leadership styles and operational activities. You will work in a guest-centric environment while learning how our stores function on a daily basis.
What you'll do#
- Support the retail team with daily operations.
- Assist with marketing efforts and inventory control.
- Help with accounting and auditing tasks.
- Manage ordering responsibilities.
- Support Human Resource functions as needed.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a 2 or 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Human Resources, or Logistics.
- You have a strong aptitude for learning new tasks quickly.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office products.
- You communicate well, both orally and in writing.
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- You are a self-motivated team player who maintains accuracy and confidentiality.
Location & details#
- Location: River Falls, Wisconsin.
- Schedule: This is a paid, on-site, full-time internship. You must be available for at least 20 hours per week during school semesters, with the potential for up to 40 hours during breaks. We offer flexibility to accommodate your school schedule.
