About the role#
Kennedy Jenks is hiring a Water/Wastewater Engineering Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will join our project teams in Santa Clara to support solutions for water resources, water quality, and wastewater treatment. This role involves active participation in technical projects and client-facing tasks.
What you'll do#
- Support project teams with water resources, water quality, and treatment solutions.
- Participate in field work and prepare technical reports.
- Contribute to the development of design plans and specifications.
- Attend and contribute to client meetings.
- Manage ongoing project tasks and communicate with team members and clients.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Major in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or a related engineering field.
- Completion of at least junior year standing in an accredited engineering program.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Santa Clara, California.
- The role operates on a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
