About the role#
The LEAPS summer internship program offers students hands-on experience in the construction industry. You will work on various building types and delivery methods through daily job functions, training, and company networking. This is a 12-week paid, full-time position running from mid-May to mid-August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical support for project issues and track their resolution.
- Manage project document control, including processing submittals and RFI's.
- Assist with planning and managing site logistics.
- Supervise, coordinate, and sequence contractor work.
- Support CPM scheduling and the execution of standard practices.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Leadership experience gained through student organizations, athletics, or volunteer work.
- Prior construction industry internship experience if you are a Junior or Senior.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel.
