    About the role#

    The 2027 Human Resources Analyst Development Program is a 9-week summer internship designed to immerse participants in the transformation of HR operations. You will work alongside HR product owners, analytics teams, and business leaders to solve real-world challenges. This program serves as a primary pipeline for the 2028 Full-Time Human Resources Analyst Development Program.

    What you'll do#

    • Own one end-to-end project tied to a business priority, such as analyzing attrition drivers, redesigning onboarding processes, or evaluating HR technology workflows.
    • Collaborate across Human Resources and with business stakeholders to design and deliver people strategies.
    • Use AI tools to accelerate research and analysis while maintaining rigorous quality standards and validating outputs.
    • Develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital-first skills.
    • Present project deliverables and recommendations to senior stakeholders at the end of the program.
    • Participate in structured training sessions and mentorship programming.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A. or M.S. degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
    • Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or Data Science.
    • Demonstrated interest in Human Resources and the future of work through coursework, research, or independent projects.
    • Data literacy, including an interest in using analytics to inform decision-making.
    • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new software tools quickly.
    • Experience as an active user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) with an understanding of how to verify and critique their output.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Preferred: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2, prior experience in HR or people analytics, and experience presenting to senior audiences.

    • Location: Plano, Texas.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Modality: This is an on-site, full-time paid internship.
