About the role#
The TDS Bus Ops Co-Op role supports business operations, budget management, and process improvement within the Innovative Medicine division. You will work at the intersection of science and business, contributing to operational excellence and strategic planning. This position offers exposure to Cell and Gene Therapy and Protein Development workflows.
What you'll do#
- Generate budget forecast reports and track financial activities.
- Monitor capital spend against approved budgets and maintain asset registers.
- Standardize key performance indicators and develop leadership scorecards.
- Build and automate dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Analyze data to support business decisions and operational improvements.
- Maintain capital equipment purchase lists and track fixed assets.
- Document and update standard operating procedures.
- Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate across scientific and business teams to support project objectives.
- Assist with automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your freshman year at an accredited university.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in fields such as Biology, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with data visualization, budgeting, and process automation is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in laboratory research or scientific data analysis is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to June).
- Modality: Full-time, 40 hours per week, fully on-site.
- Eligibility: You must not have any conflicting employment commitments.
