About the role#
The Immunology Strategy and Operations Intern joins the Immunology Portfolio and Asset Management team to support business, operational, and clinical excellence. This role focuses on portfolio planning, budget and outsourcing strategy, data management, and organizational communications. You will work with a mentor and cross-functional teams to translate complex information into practical insights and recommendations.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with physicians, scientists, and operational partners to gather and synthesize information for project deliverables.
- Analyze clinical, operational, financial, or portfolio data to identify trends and recommend next steps.
- Create presentations, dashboards, summaries, and other communication materials to support decision-making.
- Support portfolio management, budget planning, and outsourcing initiatives.
- Apply data management best practices to improve information quality and readiness.
- Participate in team meetings, document decisions, and manage assigned deliverables.
- Prepare and present an abstract or poster at the Summer Intern Research Symposium.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university program, with no graduation before or during the program.
- Undergraduate students must have completed at least four semesters; graduate students must be pursuing a master’s degree, PharmD, Physician Assistant degree, PhD, or a related clinical or science degree.
- Degree pursuit in biology, chemistry, biomedical engineering, public health, nursing, or related fields.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week from May 17 through August 6, 2027.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience with data visualization, coding, automation, or AI tools is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership in campus or community organizations is preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

- Location: Spring House, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17 through August 6).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (requires onsite work three days per week).
