About the role#
As a Site Reliability Engineering Intern at Intelcom | Dragonfly, you will work on projects that impact our logistics operations. You will gain hands-on experience by collaborating with our development and operations teams to maintain system stability and efficiency. This position requires regular communication with stakeholders across Canada.
What you'll do#
- Assist in detecting and responding to system issues, including documenting incident reports and post-mortems.
- Support application deployment and stability through collaboration with internal teams.
- Write scripts and automate routine tasks to improve system reliability.
- Build dashboards and improve monitoring systems to visualize system health.
- Participate in capacity planning, system design discussions, and team brainstorming sessions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in automation, infrastructure, and system reliability.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of DevOps concepts and tools.
- Experience with scripting in languages like Python or Bash.
