About the role#
As an Organizational Change Management Intern at Intelcom | Dragonfly, you will contribute to real projects that shape our operations. You will gain hands-on experience while supporting the planning, implementation, and stabilization of key organizational initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist in assessing how changes impact teams, roles, processes, and daily workflows.
- Prepare change communications, presentations, toolkits, and other materials for employees.
- Support stakeholder engagement by identifying impacted groups and summarizing feedback.
- Gather and organize employee feedback, survey results, readiness indicators, and adoption metrics.
- Contribute to post-implementation reviews and update change management tools and templates.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders across Canada.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Interest in organizational change, employee engagement, HR, or project management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to stay organized, pay attention to detail, and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based on-site in Montreal, Quebec.
- We are hiring on a rolling basis.
