About the role#
Intelcom | Dragonfly is hiring a Law Student for our Legal Affairs team. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Montreal. You will work on-site and contribute to real projects that impact our daily operations. The role involves regular communication with stakeholders across Canada.
What you'll do#
- Conduct legal research on company operations and provide analysis.
- Draft and revise legal documents, such as contracts, legal opinions, letters, and memos.
- Organize and prepare legal files and documentation.
- Support compliance initiatives and administrative tasks.
- Attend meetings with internal clients and external partners.
- Contribute to legal affairs optimization projects, including the use of technology and artificial intelligence tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in law.
- A strong interest in business law or commercial and civil litigation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous legal experience, such as internships or volunteer work, is an asset.
