About the role#
As a Network Planning Intern, you will work on projects that shape our daily operations. This role focuses on the logistics and network infrastructure that supports our delivery services. You will work with various stakeholders to ensure our network runs efficiently across Canada.
What you'll do#
- Monitor daily network operations and report discrepancies or potential improvements.
- Evaluate needs for new station openings and analyze solutions with stakeholders in finance and operations.
- Maintain the integrity of network parameters, such as transit and sorting times, through regular data updates.
- Create and update technical documentation within the team repository.
- Provide support during peak periods by acting as a point of contact for internal network troubleshooting.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
