About the role#
As a DevOps Intern at Intelcom | Dragonfly, you will contribute to real projects that impact our logistics and parcel delivery operations. This role focuses on hands-on technical work, infrastructure maintenance, and process automation. You will work alongside our development teams to support our systems and gain experience in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Automate deployment processes using GitLab CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Partner with development teams to integrate and deploy applications.
- Troubleshoot system performance, security, and availability issues.
- Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform or Ansible.
- Support the creation of process documentation and contribute to team improvement initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders across Canada.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related program.
- Basic understanding of DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jira, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes is an asset.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based on-site in Montreal, Quebec.
- We are hiring on a rolling basis.
