About the role#
As an intern in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Services, you will work on projects that impact how we operate. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting the daily management of our facilities and infrastructure. This role involves regular communication with stakeholders across Canada.
What you'll do#
- Manage and track service requests for building repairs, maintenance, and general upkeep.
- Coordinate these requests with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor janitorial services, waste management, and recycling programs.
- Analyze data to build reports, dashboards, and presentations for key performance indicators.
- Support construction and improvement projects, such as equipment installations and electrical modifications.
- Assist with administrative tasks and data entry related to lease administration.
- Help improve departmental processes and tracking tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's program for business administration, engineering, operations management, architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and general data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- An interest in corporate real estate, building services, and construction projects.
- Experience with Power BI or basic knowledge of building systems is an asset.
