About the role#
As a Business Analyst Intern at Intelcom | Dragonfly, you will work on projects that influence our daily operations. You will gain hands-on experience in the logistics sector while contributing to real-world improvements. This role involves regular communication with stakeholders across Canada.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and document transportation and logistics processes to find ways to improve efficiency and save costs.
- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and align them with operational goals.
- Help develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Evaluate and implement improvements to our processes and technology.
- Draft business requirement documents to guide technology enhancements.
- Identify operational challenges and suggest data-driven solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation, such as process flows and user guides.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor's degree, or a master's degree, in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operational processes.
- A desire to understand and optimize logistical and transportation systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to share operational insights clearly.
