About the role#
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern to join our National Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support our recruitment efforts and contribute to various Human Resources projects. This position is suited for someone who is eager to learn, wants to act as a brand ambassador, and enjoys contributing to new processes.
What you'll do#
- Support Talent Acquisition Consultants with administrative tasks throughout the full cycle recruitment process.
- Provide a positive experience for candidates from their first contact through to onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal business partners.
- Help create an internal student community by planning and running engagement events.
- Assist in the planning and execution of campus activities while acting as a brand ambassador.
- Provide support for various Human Resources projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Available to work full-time (35 hours per week) for the Winter 2027 term.
- Must be returning to school in Summer 2027 or Fall 2027.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A creative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is an asset.
- Experience with Workday as an ATS or HRIS system is an asset.
- For residents of Quebec, bilingualism in English and French is required to interact with colleagues across the country.

- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
- Locations: Montréal, Quebec and Toronto, Ontario.
