About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within our corporate retail environment. You will join our team for a 9-week full-time program running from June 7 to August 6, 2027. The role includes one-on-one mentorship, cross-functional job shadowing, and professional development workshops.
What you'll do#
- Assist with HR initiatives and execute assigned projects.
- Support employee engagement strategies.
- Contribute to projects that improve the workforce experience.
- Support people business functions including talent acquisition, professional development, benefits, compensation, communications, community relations, and events.
What you'll need#
- You must be a rising junior, senior, or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- You must be enrolled in school during the Summer 2027 program.
- You must not graduate before June 7, 2027.
- We are looking for students in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management, Law, Photography/Videography, or Public Relations.
- You must be able to reside in the Memphis area for the duration of the internship.

- This position is located in Memphis, Tennessee.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
- Relocation assistance is available for eligible non-local students.
