About the role#
Wellabe is offering a 10-week paid internship for the summer of 2027. This full-time role runs from June 7th through August 13th. You will work alongside our HR team on various projects to gain professional experience that complements your classroom learning. The program includes orientation, regular check-ins, one-on-one mentorship, weekly learning sessions, and coffee chats with company leaders.
What you'll do#
- Support the recruitment process by screening candidates over the phone, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help design, assess, and facilitate employee development programs.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including onboarding, social events, and employee resource groups.
- Assist with data collection tasks.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous internship or related experience is a plus.
