About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain professional experience within our Technology department. You will work alongside our Systems Delivery team on a variety of projects to supplement your classroom learning. This is a full-time, paid position running for 10 weeks from June to August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with cloud administration tasks, documentation, and incoming tickets.
- Support the Systems Delivery team with networking and related technical tasks.
- Complete other duties as assigned by your supervisor or the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
- Previous internship or relevant professional experience.
- Ability to demonstrate core competencies including communication, teamwork, critical thinking, decision making, financial acumen, and innovation.
- An Agile mindset focused on trust, transparency, and the ability to implement agile tools in daily work.
- A commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture.
Location & details#
- Location: Des Moines, Iowa.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Physical requirements: This role is primarily sedentary and requires working at a computer for long periods, including extensive reading and data analysis. Regular communication with others in person, by phone, or electronically is required.
