About the role#
The Creative Brand intern will work with our Brand and Communications team to build visual stories across digital, print, video, and social media. You will gain experience in the full creative process, from initial concept to final delivery. This is a 10-week, full-time paid internship running from June through August 2027. You will work alongside experienced professionals to build your portfolio and contribute to business initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Develop visual assets for print and digital campaigns, such as brochures, presentations, and social media graphics.
- Assist with photography and videography, including equipment prep, shooting, editing, and organizing content.
- Create and edit motion graphics, animations, and short-form video for internal and external use.
- Help with storyboarding and concept development for multimedia projects.
- Ensure all materials follow brand standards to maintain visual consistency.
- Use project management tools to track the planning, review, and delivery of marketing materials.
What you'll need#
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Lightroom.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate well with team members and stakeholders.
- Current pursuit of a degree in Graphic Design or Media Studies.

- This position is based on-site in Des Moines, Iowa.
- The role is full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
- This is a paid internship.
