About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in business operations, program coordination, and leadership assistance. You will work within the Field Support department to help our teams manage sales data and organize district meetings. The program follows an 80/10/10 structure, where 80 percent of your time focuses on project work, 10 percent on networking across the company, and 10 percent on corporate culture and leadership activities.
What you'll do#
- Generate and update sales reports for District Managers.
- Create materials for sales meetings and conferences using tools like PowerPoint and Canva.
- Design conference presentations, participant guides, and signage.
- Assist with conference branding and event agendas.
- Support the Field Support team with ad-hoc reports on sales trends.
- Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Participate in corporate activities to learn about our business and culture.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college Junior or Senior.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.
- Dependable, organized, and proactive work habits.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and work as part of a team.
- Experience in communications or graphic design is a plus.
