About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience within our Agency Training and Development team. You will spend 80 percent of your time on departmental projects, 10 percent networking with other areas of the organization, and 10 percent participating in activities focused on our culture and business operations.
What you'll do#
- Prepare for and attend agent training events.
- Manage the training webinar process.
- Assist with administrative functions of the Learning Management System.
- Create survey reports.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Contribute to instructional design projects.
- Engage in corporate activities to learn about our industry and organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, preferably in communications, hospitality, business, or marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work on-site at our office in West Des Moines.
