About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in West Des Moines, Iowa. You will work directly with our Field Support teams and Training Academies to gain experience in insurance operations. The program is structured to balance project work with networking and corporate culture activities.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support to field leadership and staff.
- Coordinate and facilitate training webinars.
- Manage day-to-day operations for Training Academy programs.
- Prepare and distribute communications.
- Take meeting notes.
- Print and mail training materials.
- Coordinate registration and track attendance for training events.
- Create reports and surveys.
- Support projects focused on field operation efficiency.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, instructional design, and training materials.
- Participate in corporate activities and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Current college student status.
- Degree pursuit in communications, business administration, marketing, or hospitality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable and organized work habits.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
- Comfort collaborating across different locations and departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote.
- Preferred experience includes graphic design, video editing, instructional design, or Adobe Creative Suite.
