About the role#
Wellabe is hiring a Customer Success Intern for a 10-week paid program. You will work with our team from June 7th through August 13th, 2027. The program includes orientation, regular check-ins, one-on-one mentorship, and weekly learning sessions with company leaders.
What you'll do#
- Learn about our products and services and how Customer Experience supports the organization.
- Develop procedures and training materials.
- Participate in the development and testing of chatbots.
- Plan events for Customer Success Week 2027.
- Create an Annual Enrollment Period ramp up plan to build team engagement.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous internship or related experience is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Des Moines, Iowa.
- The role is for the Summer 2027 term.
