About the role#
The Microsoft 365 Cloud and AI Co-Op provides hands-on experience building and supporting solutions within the Microsoft 365 platform. You will work alongside the Senior M365 Cloud Engineer and serve as the AI Governance Administrator. This role involves collaborating with departments across the US and UK to optimize technical solutions and support responsible AI adoption.
What you'll do#
- Develop and implement custom solutions using SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Design, build, test, and document custom Microsoft 365 Copilot agents.
- Provide technical support for M365 issues from initial contact through resolution.
- Research new Copilot capabilities and write articles for the DRC to guide employees.
- Manage the AI Governance intake process, including monitoring queues and routing requests.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track decisions for AI Governance meetings.
- Maintain the AI Governance SharePoint site, intake solution, and AI Hub content.
- Assist with Copilot usage reporting and analyze employee feedback.
- Follow AI governance requirements and handle sensitive data with discretion.
What you'll need#
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related major.
- Experience with the Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Interest in artificial intelligence and generative AI, with experience using tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot or relevant coursework.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document technical topics for a non-technical audience.
- Methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of or willingness to learn SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power BI, and M365 administration.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
