About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship running from June 7th through August 13th, 2027. You will join the team to gain professional experience through a variety of projects. The program includes orientation, one-on-one mentorship, weekly learning sessions, and regular check-ins with company leaders.
What you'll do#
- Write email and website content focused on customer engagement.
- Analyze communication performance.
- Help develop content and communication strategies.
- Research customer experience industry trends to identify opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Communications, English, Media/Journalism, Professional or Technical Writing, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong grammar, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proven creativity and time management.
- An openness to feedback.
- Experience in copywriting, content creation, or writing-intensive coursework is preferred.
- Familiarity with web content and prior relevant work experience is a plus.
