About the role#
The Aftermarket Intern supports the Americas Aftermarket team at Baltimore Aircoil Company. You will work with the Applications Engineering and Customer Service functions to help improve the quality and speed of information provided to representatives and customers. This role provides exposure to engineering, sales, operations, and supply chain processes.
What you'll do#
- Support Applications Engineers with quote preparation, technical data collection, and product documentation.
- Assist Customer Service Leads with order status requests, lead-time inquiries, and shipment tracking.
- Maintain aftermarket reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Warranty, and Engineering teams to help resolve issues.
- Support process documentation and continuous improvement projects.
- Assist with the creation of training materials, sales tools, and customer-facing documentation.
- Use SAP, CRM, and other business systems to research information and support daily operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Interest in technical sales support, customer service, operations, or engineering.
Location & details#
- Location: Jessup, Maryland, United States.
- Employment: Full time, on-site, rolling term.
- Compensation: $22 to $28 per hour, plus applicable overtime.
